The Challenge:
The project came with a few real-world curveballs: • Tight Deadline: A fully functional MVP was needed in under 2 weeks due to downtime. • Limited Content: Many merchant details were outdated, inconsistent, or missing altogether. • Mobile Bugs: iOS Safari overflow issues required debugging to ensure seamless mobile UX. • API Limitations: Constant Contact newsletter integration lacked open API access. • Scope Drift: The merchant directory logic changed mid-project, requiring CMS adaptability.

The Result
Despite tight constraints, the final site delivered on every front: • A fully responsive Framer website was launched in just 2 weeks. • Built a robust merchant CMS, with category filters and scalable structure. • Delivered pixel-perfect responsiveness across Android & iOS devices. • Created fallback UX for newsletter/contact forms to handle API limits. • Validated MVP with client pausing onboarding post-launch to reorganize—confirming site’s success as a foundational rebuild. The project proved that even under pressure, design + strategy + speed can lead to a high-impact outcome. It also reinforced the power of scalable CMS setups and pre-planning for API limitations.
